Sara Moseley
CEO
Sara works collaboratively with global and mid-sized enterprise clients to help them achieve their business goals through strategic marketing and event execution. Sara’s experience encompasses managing global marketing budgets and teams, implementing marketing dashboards and tools, and designing effective marketing and email campaigns.
Prior to founding Right On Pointe, Ms. Moseley held leadership roles at RedPrairie, a global technology company, since acquired by JDA Software Group, Inc, overseeing B2B meeting and event planning, marketing operations, and marketing functions.

Heather Helms
Director of Marketing and Events
Heather Helms has over 12 years of experience in management, operations and event production with special expertise in large-scale event production. She leads Right On Pointe’s efforts in the development and implementation of systems for all day-to-day logistics, as well as monitors, measures and analyzes the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against client goals. She strategically develops, manages and executes all aspects of marketing, operations and sponsorships within a million dollar plus budget.
Prior to joining Right On Pointe, Heather worked in the restaurant-hospitality industry where she gained valuable experience in managing the construction, training, and operations of new locations, as well as the planning of private events.
Heather’s strong communication skills, organization and outstanding customer service make her an invaluable member of the Right On Pointe team. She prides herself on building relationships and is passionate about exceeding client expectations. Without question, Heather is the glue that holds the Right On Pointe team together.

Kim Kaiser
Sr. Marketing Events Manager

Kim Kaiser joins the Right on Pointe team as Marketing Event Manager with 20 years of corporate marketing and planning experience. She is a resourceful and results driven leader designing and managing a variety of high-profile events and conferences. She has proven success spearheading projects and nurturing key relationships with sponsors and business partners. Kim possesses exceptional expertise in identifying and meeting event requirements to drive bottom line gains and competitive advantage. Kim’s passion and energy allow her to approach her role with dedication and enthusiasm. The site of seeing a smile on a guest’s face and exceeding their expectations keeps her coming back for more!
Prior to joining Right on Pointe, Kim worked with a BioPharma company as an in-house marketing and planning professional. Kim’s personal passions are Golden Retrievers and the Ole Miss Rebels. She enjoys volunteering in her free time as a Certified Handler with Canine Assistants and with Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta in multiple roles. Kim also serves her community as a Poll Manager for Cobb County Elections.
Katie Hyer
Marketing Events Manager
Katie Hyer is an accomplished marketing event manager with over nine years of dedicated experience in the dynamic world of hospitality events. Her career has been marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail, ensuring flawless logistics and forging meaningful client relationships.
At Right On Pointe, Katie serves as the driving force behind the creation and optimization of internal processes, as well as spearheading innovative marketing and social media campaigns. She also thrives in the day-to-day orchestration of client logistics. She is also well versed in conducting vendor negotiations to accomplish client financial goals.
Prior to Right On Pointe, Katie worked for several other event-based companies, ranging in virtual, not-for-profit, sports, and legal events. Katie’s dedication, attention to detail, and ability to connect with clients on a deeper level make her an invaluable asset to Right On Pointe’s marketing and events team.

Christina Boydston
Event Specialist
Christina Boydston is an accomplished event manager, with 4+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to Right On Pointe, Christina worked as a Group Sales Manager at a full-service hotel in Grand Rapids, MI. Leveraging her management skills, Christina focused on creating excellent experiences for her clients using specific online platforms including Salesforce, Cvent, and EventPilot.
While attending Grand Valley State University, Christina worked multiple large-scale events ranging from sales kickoffs to trade shows. Through these experiences, she gained the knowledge and skills necessary to help run event procedures and logistics. Throughout her time at Grand Valley State, Christina also worked as a virtual event coordinator and oversaw multiple virtual event platforms for her team.
At Right On Pointe, Christina works to execute flawless pre-, during, and post-event operations. She uses her organizational and communication skills to help companies of all sizes achieve their goals.
Leah Behm
Event Specialist
Leah Behm, originally from Potomac, Maryland, is a meticulous events specialist who thrives on the intricate art of organizing and executing seamless events. Drawing from her previous experience in the bustling restaurant and hospitality industry, Leah has honed her ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments while consistently delivering top-tier results. Prior to Right On Pointe, Leah worked as a dance teacher and overnight camp events coordinator, both of which have equipped her with invaluable skills in planning and orchestrating captivating experiences for large audiences.
As an Emory University Woman of Excellence Graduate, Leah is both a dedicated learner, eager to absorb insights from her peers, and a creative thinker, consistently bringing fresh ideas to the table. Her infectious positivity and adaptable nature enable her to excel in whatever aspect of work she is tasked with, making her an invaluable asset to the Right On Pointe team.
As Right On Pointe's Cvent guru, Leah has attained 5 Cvent certifications making her an expert in mobile app and website creation, on-site registration and badging, in addition to venue sourcing and the entire RFP process.
