Director, Marketing & Events

 

Heather brings more than 15 years of experience in management, operations, and large-scale event production to her role at Right On Pointe. She leads the development and implementation of systems that support day-to-day logistics and ensures every event runs seamlessly from concept to completion. Heather also manages multi-million-dollar budgets and oversees marketing, operations, and sponsorship strategies — consistently measuring and optimizing performance against client goals.

Before joining Right On Pointe, Heather built her expertise in the restaurant and hospitality industry, where she managed new venue openings, training, operations, and private events. Known for her strong communication skills, organization, and client-first mindset, she takes pride in building lasting relationships and delivering experiences that exceed expectations.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys life with her husband and daughter, who keep her on her toes and ensure there’s never a dull moment.
