Director, Marketing & Events
 

Kim is an accomplished event professional with more than 25 years of experience creating exceptional corporate events and conferences. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and collaborative leadership, she has successfully managed a wide range of experiences, including sales kickoffs, user conferences, leadership summits, virtual kickoffs, incentive programs, and large-scale trade shows.

With a strong background in specialized health management services and biotechnology, Kim brings deep expertise in project management, budget planning, contract negotiation, and vendor management. She is skilled at building and leading cross-functional teams, defining event strategies, and delivering experiences that align with business goals and drive engagement.

Throughout her career, Kim has overseen every aspect of the event lifecycle — from strategic planning and sponsorship recommendations to logistics, housing, and travel — ensuring flawless execution and memorable results.

Outside of work, Kim is passionate about animal welfare and has been an active volunteer with Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta since 2005 and Canine Assistants since 2015. When she’s not planning events or supporting rescue efforts, you’ll often find her spending time in the garden and cheering for her Ole Miss Rebels!
