Nancy is a seasoned marketing strategist and leader with nearly 25 years of experience driving brand growth, audience engagement, and measurable business results. As Director of Talent and Marketing Strategy at Right On Pointe, she oversees both the people and the programs that power exceptional client experiences — leading talent development, culture initiatives, and marketing strategies that help clients attract attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors.

Known for her strategic mindset and big-picture approach, Nancy excels at connecting insights to execution. She’s a true marketing generalist with deep expertise in brand storytelling, campaign development, and digital strategy — spanning email, social, web, and print. She also led the marketing and promotional strategy for one of the largest events in the hospitality industry, consistently increasing attendance and strengthening sponsor engagement.

Outside of work, Nancy is a proud dog mom to Chuck and Lola and a self-proclaimed plant enthusiast whose “small hobby” turned into a full-on indoor jungle.
