Right On Pointe assisted with the planning of Omnitracs’ first annual user conference and sales meeting and has been assisting with the annual conference every year since. Omnitracs' executives sought to utilize the user conference as a launching pad for six newly acquired companies. The conference included four educational tracks comprised of 64 breakout sessions, 41 exhibiting partners/sponsors, and included keynote speakers, such as Emmitt Smith, and captivating entertainment.
Leading up to the conference, Omnitracs was evolving with the acquisition of six companies. Each acquired company’s customer base lacked familiarity with Omnitracs, was unclear as to Omnitracs’ vision, and most importantly, what the integration meant to them. Right On Pointe helped Omnitracs create the high level messaging used at the conference to increase brand equity and recognition, in addition to running the common theme of “invested interest” in their customers.
The Right On Pointe team was also asked to manage all planning aspects of the conference in addition to assisting in the creation of the theme and pillar messaging for the general sessions, expo and all breakout sessions. The Right On Pointe team also developed and managed all aspects of proprietary, in-house website and registration tool with an aggressive client deadline. In addition, Right On Pointe created and maintained the mobile event app for the conference.
