Katie is an accomplished events manager with more than ten years of experience in the fast-paced world of hospitality and corporate events. Known for her keen eye for detail and calm, solutions-focused approach, she ensures every event is executed flawlessly while fostering meaningful client relationships along the way.

At Right On Pointe, Katie leads the planning and execution of dynamic experiences — from trade shows and incentive programs to user conferences and field marketing initiatives. She manages vendor negotiations, client logistics, and branded marketing efforts, keeping everything aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines. Katie also drives internal process improvements to streamline planning, logistics, and reporting, blending creative strategy with operational excellence to deliver high-impact, on-brand experiences.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé and son. As a family, they love to escape to the beach whenever possible.
