Aptean is a technology solutions company with expertise in three different business segments. In years prior, each segment had hosted their own specific conference centered around each product. For the 2019 Aptean User Conference, the decision was made to host all three segments in one event. Right On Pointe was up for the challenge to assist Aptean in merging the three smaller meetings into one large conference.  

 

This four-day user conference featured over 100 breakout sessions, three evening events, and an exhibit hall. Right On Pointe worked hand in hand with the Aptean marketing team to ensure the success of each aspect of the conference. Right On Pointe seamlessly managed all logistics of the evening events, registration, and the exhibit hall. The team was also responsible for managing breakout sessions, speakers & sponsors, as well as communications between each business segment. By relieving Aptean’s Management team of these large event components, Right On Pointe ensured the success of Aptean’s User Conference.
