HOUSE OF BLUES
Right On Pointe was no stranger to The House of Blues Dallas. This would be the third time working in the space and the second time partnered with Omnitracs. This time, however, more people would be in attendance, and the event would need to live up to the hype of the previous year. The planning efforts began with booking a main band. This year, it was decided that the 80’s tribute band, The Spazmatics, would perform in the multi-level Music Hall. Their nostalgic but energetic songs had the crowd moving and singing along throughout the show.
Teaming up with the event planner at House of Blues, Right On Pointe managed this event and coordinated logistics from beginning to end. Together, we worked to develop the ambiance and music on each level, as well as the entertainment, to create an exciting environment in every direction of the three-story venue. From a vintage game room with neon lights and pinball machines to the popular Foundation Room, with high-end whiskey, hand-rolled cigars, and a swanky jazz band.
In addition, Right On Pointe worked with the client to ensure the sponsored company and the branding of the conference was visible from every angle. When guests were dropped off at the front of the venue, a large LED board hung above flashing with welcome videos and sponsor logos. The outside entryway was lined with large posters branded to the theme of the night, as well as smaller versions of the poster on every wall inside the venue, creating a feeling that Omnitracs completely re-made the space for their guests. For the second year in a row, attendees were buzzing with excitement after a night out. Omnitracs second year was indeed a success!
