Omnitracs was in their 7th year of their annual user conference and had always partnered with Right On Pointe to make sure the networking events were memorable. This year, with the conference being held in Las Vegas, there was no question where to hold their evening event. Omnia was the only choice. Not only was it the newest club in town, but also the most glamorous with the best views of the city. Right On Pointe had worked with Omnia numerous times before and was ready to get to work.

 

Our team explored numerous branding opportunities to ensure all possibilities were presented to our client. From cascading LED walls to interactive hallways, there were more than enough eye-catching areas to design an immersive environment for our guests. With aerialists floating above the main stage throughout the entire night, along with a 12-minute chandelier show featuring theatrical lighting effects choreographed to the sounds of the beating music, we were determined to create an event that appealed to our guests from the moment they stepped into the door, until the moment they left.

 

Guests could also find themselves on the terrace overlooking the Las Vegas strip and Bellagio fountains while networking with their peers in the open air. Right On Pointe hired DJ Zsuzsanna who creates a lounge-like feel with softer sounds while maintaining the pulsating beat of a club. This terrace became quite popular, as guests could enjoy a cocktail and a hand rolled cigar under the stars. 

 

Our team pulled all the stops and promised an unforgettable club experience, and at the end of the night, our guests and clients left feeling like VIP’s.
