FEATURING LOVERBOY

When the main entertainment for an evening event is a well-known band such as Loverboy, everything around them must maintain the scene. To do so, we paired up with our favorite DMC to transport our guests back to the 80’s with a fire and ice themed night.

The main stage and room were transformed with fiery red up-lighting and crushed red velvet lounge areas. In the center of the room was a large bar and a perfectly sculpted ice guitar branded with the clients logo. On the terrace with open air and lighting were deep blue seating areas surrounding fire pits in ice blue rocks. With the beautiful Phoenix backdrop, a branded ice bar sat awaiting guests to gather and enjoy a drink. Both areas seamlessly tying together the fire and ice concept

Throughout the night, we provided an array of entertainment for the guests’ enjoyment. Arcade games lined one wall and a live t-shirt printing station on the other, where guests could pick their own conference branded logo on a t-shirt color of their choice. This line was past the front entrance from the start of the night until the end.

Right On Pointe handled the management of the band, starting with contract negotiation and moving into rider requirements, including accommodations, transportation and catering. We also put together a meet & greet for VIP’s and made sure production for the evening was clean and rehearsed. Guests truly enjoyed a night back to the 80’s.
