Tailgating Central was the most anticipated networking event of the Aptean Users Conference. Right On Pointe managed this event and coordinated logistics with a DMC to transform the atmosphere of the hotel’s porte-cochere into a sports themed experience with local food trucks, pickup truck tailgates used as bars, string lights and collegiate pennant centerpieces. Attendees sported their favorite team’s jersey, which sparked new relationships, as well as friendly rivalries. There were multiple themed food stations, including a potato bar with all the toppings, a walking taco & nacho station, grab & go favorites from the smoker & grill, and make your own ice cream sundaes. Guests were thoroughly entertained with tailgating games such as corn hole, football tire toss, life sized beer pong, giant Jenga and a vintage VW bus, which was converted into a photo booth. Overall, it was a memorable evening event full of fun, food and games!
