2015 ANNUAL 5-STAR AWARDS

Right On Pointe was asked to produce a high profile event honoring the world’s four and five-star global resorts, restaurants, and spas. Since Forbes Travel Guide sets the highest standards for their rated members, it was imperative that the event provide flawless communication, preparation and execution. In attendance were General Managers and C-level executives from all of the major luxury hotel resorts and restaurants: The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Mandarin, Rosewood and Loews. The 3-day headline event included the Five-Star awards, an all-day symposium, breakouts, red carpet celebration and after glow.

 

The Right On Pointe team managed every aspect of planning and collaboration with the Ritz-Carlton, Naples to create custom menus, room drops, and even custom “bottled” cocktail beverages for sponsors. The awards event was staged on a carpeted beach, set with HD-LED screens and dramatic designs. The Right On Pointe team choreographed all productions with synchronized dinner service and live headline entertainment.

 

With Forbes, everything is in the details and ‘the standards they create.’ Right On Pointe provided the level of service that only royalty would expect. The Forbes brand was featured through use of branded items that one would never expect (for example, branded sand castles and snow globes with miniature Forbes magazines, robes and slippers) – providing that element of surprise.

 

Right On Pointe created a picture-perfect event that was unexpected and innovative, while setting new standards for luxury and design.
