Right On Pointe has proven itself to be a valuable strategic partner with OneSource Virtual by planning & executing their customer appreciation events in conjunction with the Workday Rising Conference for the past 8 years. Because of this strong partnership, OneSource trusted and leaned on Right On Pointe to present their organization to the European market. The team was happy to plan and execute the ‘Bespoke’ Customer Appreciation party following the 2019 Workday Rising Europe Conference in Milan, Italy. Milan is known as one of the world’s most important fashion capitals. Right On Pointe wanted to combine the high fashion culture with a tailor-made experience to ensure the event reflected its name, Bespoke.

 

55 Milano was a great location to host the event as it enabled Right On Pointe to incorporate interactive photo opportunities, models to greet & mingle with guests, and two surprise fashion shows throughout the dance club. As guests arrived, they were greeted by Italian models and escorted to a backdrop to have their photo taken as if they were entering an actual fashion show. Attendees were then able to order custom cocktails served by experienced mixologists and visit the 3D photo booth to create their own moving glamour shot. As guests were networking and dancing, the music would suddenly change, and 8 models would ascend the stairs to a stage for an impromptu fashion show. Everyone that attended got to experience a glimpse into what a Milan fashion week event would feel like as well as mingle and dance the night away.
